This is a recipe that Jojo learned and shared with me and is a household favorite around this time of year. It’s fabulous for Thanksgiving and makes its way through the holidays on cream cheese, brie, and any other way we can think to eat it. It’s also good served over roasted pork or chicken!
Bring the sugar and water to a boil, add cranberries and gently boil for about 10 minutes. Cool a little and then transfer to a serving dish. I make mine a day in advance and put it in the fridge. Take it out with enough time for it to come to room temp if you choose this option.
Isn’t it gorgeous?
It tastes even better than it looks! Absolutely amazing with turkey and dressing and even better with leftovers!
