It’s been quite the whirlwind since Christmas!
We (the three of us, Jojo, Douxie and Uncle G) spent a week in Salt Lake City between Christmas day and New Year’s Eve.
Petite was not a fan of the snow – though I don’t think she minded the cold. Uncle G gave Petite that precious hat as a stocking stuffer and we’re so glad he did!
We had culinary adventures (I ate the hottest sushi roll I’ve EVER had. It was AMAZING!)… the boys has some snowboarding adventures (a few spills and FMG was attacked by the chair lift!)… Jojo and I had some shopping adventures (Park City’s Main Street has the cutest boutiques)…
…and then we had a grown-ups family adventure snowmobiling! The last time I did this was in high school and I ended up being saved by a tree after going off a cliff. Needless to say, I was nervous but SO EXCITED!!!
It was a great sunny day but only 9*! The windchill while riding was about 20* below (so I was told – it certainly felt like it!). Aren’t those helmets just the most flattering things ever!?
We flew back on New Year’s Eve and spent a quiet night at home.
January 5 was my 30th birthday! I’m so excited for this decade. I’m loving it already.
